Refund Policy

At Sita Ranch, we aim to supply quality livestock, eggs, chickens and farm produce as agreed with each customer.

Because some products are perishable or availability-based, refunds and returns are handled according to the type of order.

Eggs, chickens and farm produce:
Due to the perishable nature of farm produce, returns may not be accepted once products have been delivered or collected, unless there is a clear quality issue reported immediately upon receipt.

Livestock:
Livestock purchases are confirmed directly with the customer before sale. Pricing, availability, quantity and collection or delivery arrangements must be confirmed before the order is finalised. Refunds or cancellations for livestock orders will be reviewed case by case.

Damaged, incorrect or quality-related concerns:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Sita Ranch as soon as possible with your order details, photos where relevant, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Approved refunds:
If a refund is approved, Sita Ranch will confirm the refund method and expected processing time directly with the customer.
